Licensing & Producer Credentials
Last updated March 25, 2026
ACG Insurance Group (“ACG”) is an independent insurance producer authorized to transact business in the states in which it and its representatives are duly licensed and appointed. The following information is provided in furtherance of ACG’s commitment to transparency and to the disclosure obligations applicable to licensed insurance producers under federal and state law.
National Producer Number (NPN): 21249133
Producer Status
ACG and its individually licensed representatives are non-captive insurance producers who hold appointments with multiple admitted insurance carriers across the lines of authority in which they are licensed. ACG does not act as an insurance carrier, underwriter, or risk-bearing entity; ACG facilitates the placement of insurance coverage with licensed and admitted carriers and is compensated by those carriers in accordance with applicable producer-compensation agreements.
State Licensing
Each natural person acting on behalf of ACG in the solicitation, negotiation, or sale of insurance holds an individual resident or non-resident producer license issued by the applicable state department of insurance, in each line of authority required for the products offered. Individual producer licenses and appointments may be verified through the National Insurance Producer Registry at nipr.com or through the state department of insurance in the jurisdiction in which a producer is licensed. ACG does not transact, and its representatives do not solicit, the business of insurance in any state in which the applicable producer or the applicable carrier is not duly licensed or admitted.
Lines of Authority
ACG and its representatives are licensed to solicit and place, among other lines, accident and health insurance, life insurance, and variable life and annuity products, in each case subject to the specific lines of authority appearing on the individual producer’s license. The availability of any particular product is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing carrier and applicable state insurance law and regulation.
Producer Compensation
ACG and its representatives receive compensation from insurance carriers in the form of commissions, service fees, overrides, bonuses, and contingent compensation arrangements that are based on, among other factors, premium volume, persistency, loss experience, and growth. The receipt of such compensation by ACG does not result in any additional cost to the consumer beyond the premium quoted by the carrier. Information regarding the specific compensation paid in connection with a particular policy is available upon written request, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.
Suitability and Replacement
ACG’s representatives endeavor to recommend insurance products that are suitable for the applicant’s stated needs, financial situation, and objectives, in accordance with applicable suitability standards under state insurance law, including standards adopted pursuant to the model regulations of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Where a recommended transaction involves the replacement of an existing policy, ACG’s representatives will provide replacement disclosures required by applicable state law and will not recommend replacement that is not in the consumer’s best interest.
Errors and Omissions Coverage
ACG maintains errors and omissions liability insurance in such amounts as ACG determines, from time to time, to be commercially reasonable in light of the nature and scope of its activities and applicable state insurance law and producer-appointment requirements.
Anti-Fraud, Privacy, and Information Security
ACG is subject to the anti-fraud, privacy, and information-security obligations applicable to licensed insurance producers, including the GLBA Safeguards Rule, applicable state insurance data-security laws, and the producer recordkeeping requirements of each state in which ACG is licensed. For information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by ACG, please refer to ACG’s Privacy Policy and SMS Communications Notice.
Complaints and Regulatory Inquiries
Complaints regarding ACG or any of its representatives may be submitted directly to the state department of insurance in the state in which the consumer resides. ACG cooperates fully with regulatory inquiries and complaints transmitted by any state department of insurance, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, or any other regulatory authority with jurisdiction over ACG or its activities.

Consumers may verify the active status of a specific ACG representative’s license and appointments by contacting the applicable state department of insurance with the representative’s name, license number, and state of residence, or by searching the National Insurance Producer Registry at nipr.com using the representative’s NPN.
